Gleans starts at $13 per listing per month on the Standard plan (or $11/listing/mo when billed yearly). For multi-room properties like hotels and B&Bs, child units are just $5/mo each. There's also a Flexible plan at 1% of booking revenue — you only pay when you earn. All plans include a 12-day guided trial with no credit card required.
No payment or credit card information is needed to access your guided trial. Once the trial is over, you can choose if you want to continue or not. To continue, please enter your payment information in the Billing page of your account.
When you sign up, you get full access to all Gleans features for 12 days — no strings attached. Our team gets your listings connected during onboarding, so you'll see Gleans price your real calendar throughout the trial. At the end, simply choose a plan to continue, or walk away. We won't charge you anything unless you decide to subscribe.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. For Enterprise customers, we also support invoicing and bank transfers.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No. You're only billed for actively managed listings. If you disconnect or pause a listing, it stops being counted toward your bill immediately. Your next invoice will reflect the updated count.

The fee is calculated from confirmed bookings and billed monthly.
Gleans is currently in early access, and we're building integrations with major booking channels and PMS platforms. Our goal is to make Gleans flexible for both independent hosts and professional property managers, whether you manage your listings directly or use a PMS.
